Description

It is possible to register more than once with the same passport by using a mix of upper case and lower case when registering on foreigner with a passport number.

solution: force upper case on passport number on all case.

  • Check the service that use passport number. Nothing takes passport number right now. If lower case needed, this can be transform later down the line.
